ABOUT

Over 19 years experience within the entire catering industry ranging from Hotels, Pubs, Restaurants, Exclusive Outside Catering, Retail, Coffee Shops, Event Centres and Large Exclusive Garden Centres.​

 

Having formally trained as a Chef and held food Directorship Roles within the Restaurant, Pub and Exclusive Private Catering sectors, I fully understand a wide range of food production techniques, manufacturing and supply chain strategies.​

 

After building a startup catering company from inception to acquisition-holding multiple prestigious contracts throughout the UK.  I have been extensively involved in menu concept and design, project management as well as detailed operational and marketing management focusing on delivering customer quality and company profit.​

 

I have gained a plethora of skills and knowledge within my sector and fully understand complex strategies to implement growth and drive profit whilst still adhering to company values and customer focus.
