Only 15 minutes from Birmingham City Centre, Silvertree Bakery is a must visit!

Located on Water Orton Lane, Sutton Coldfield, Silver Tree Bakery and their team are rustling up some amazing little treats and world class bakes. Kirk and Kirsty-brother and sister duo team up to create this absolute gastronomic GEM.

In fact, I will stand strong and say this is one of my favourite bakeries ever, I love the vision, I love the passion and I love the ethos of what they have both created.

Once through the impressive gated property you are greeted with a beautiful Nordic wooden structure. Fire-bowls, wooden benches, oak barrels and festoon lighting ooze Scandinavian Vibes. Silvertree Bakery wouldn't be out of place if positioned in the heart of a Finish woodland.

A perfect family friendly place to relax and enjoy some self indulgence. This is a perfect way to start any weekend.

Tasty Treats

Stepping inside the small Tardis, the smell of freshly baked bread, all-butter pastry and warm sugar was overwhelmingly satisfying.

Sourdoughs, Focaccias and Baguettes of all different shapes, sizes and twists were just a snippet of what was on offer on the back wall.

A wide variety of Danishes, Cruffins and Cookies were in the front display. The only thing stopping a public looting frenzy is the glass set between them! So get there quick before its all gone!

Kirk was very kind enough to show me behind the scenes where all the magic happens and also their new kitchen expansion plans. Almost doubling the kitchen footprint will allow more breads to be baked and more pastries to be perfected, this making it easier for us to get our hands on these tasty treats!

I feel like once this build is done and dusted, you are going to see Silver Tree Bakery products dotting up all over the place. And rightfully so!

Great value for money, amazing products and a real friendly place this goes in as one of my favourite places to visit in the Midlands.
