Greens Cocktail Lounge
Greens luxury cocktail lounge is located in a busy prime High Street location. Greens wanted to redesign their food offering along side there exclusive well rounded cocktail menu. Their main brief was to revamp their current menu to a more contemporary tapas style dining. Evolve remapped their current supply chain, and re-designed their food offering to achieve healthier food margins and to increase overall food sales. Evolve were able to maximise menu uptake with Greens customer base and drive Average Transaction Value (ATV).
Vita Coffee Shop
Formally a Costa Coffee - Vita is situated in the heart of a busy City Centre. After trading for only a few years Vita have developed a great local fan base serving up some great tasty treats and amazing coffee.
Evolve were drafted in to develop a brand new breakfast & brunch concept to take Vita to the next level of dining. Evolves mission was to address their current food and drinks menu to increase customer footfall and drive ATV. Evolve secured new suppliers and carried out training to increase customers food sales and drive food margins
Plant Cafe
Our Clientwanted to relocate some of the coffee & cake traffic from the main restaurant and offer lower ticket spend items to the Grab & Go cafe located at the front of the store.
